How do I change my password?

There are a couple of ways of doing this, depending on whether you can remember your current password or not.

If you can’t remember your password, then you will need to click on the log-in link at the top right corner of the screen on our public page. Then select the ‘forgotten your password’ button and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you do know your current password and you just want to update or change it, then log on as normal. Group and Online members who haven't moved over to our new site should click on the My account option and then select My login and password. Online members who are on our new website should click on their username in the top right of the screen, choose Settings and in Account details click on the Change password button.
