It sounds like your details need to be refreshed on the system; once you’ve done this, you’ll be back online. You’ll need to log on to the main website (not the app). You’ll then receive a message saying ‘we noticed you’ve not been to group’ – click ‘yes’ to this. Then it will ask if you’ve had a new card – click ‘yes’ (even though you haven’t had a new card) and add your most recent card and PIN. You’ll then be able to access the site again.
