How can I find a previous check?

There are a number of search options that can be used to help find a specific check:

Date
The date can be set to either today, this week (from Monday onwards), this month or a specific date range of your choosing. This will then limit the results to only items for the selected time period.

Category
There are six categories that can be used to limit the results:
Enquiry – This covers any type of check (HPI, ID, Manufacturer Approved, etc.)
Finance Registrations – Any registrations added to the finance register
Security Registrations – Any registrations added to the security register
CESAR Finance Registrations – Any registrations added to the CESAR finance register
CESAR Security Registrations – Any registrations added to the CESAR security register
Vehicle Appraisal – Any vehicle appraised through the Dealer Appraisal App.

Exclude Media Type
This will remove any result that was performed through the selected media, i.e. checks made via a SOAP interface.

Specific Details
This allows you to search for individual VRMs, VINS, References and the initials used by the checking operator at login. You can also choose to search across the wider dealer group if applicable.
